Practice
Short sessions in real files, with the techniques you have learned. Every edit is counted against par: the keys the shortest known route takes.
Daily practice
Five edits in one file, about three minutes, mixing techniques you have learned. After each edit you see your keys against par and a shorter route when there is one.
Focus on a technique
Pick one you have learned and get a set built around it: two or three edits with it, the rest with others.
Sprint
Two minutes, as many correct edits as you can. The clock starts at your first key.
Challenges
Longer edits that combine several techniques, checked by what the result must contain, in JavaScript, Python or plain text.
Your own text
Paste your own code or text, edit it with Vim, and see where a shorter route existed.
